Mr. Taha Al Kishry, AASF Secretary-General has signed the sponsorship agreement with SK Inc. on 4th June 2021 in Doha (QAT), in conjunction with the FINA General Congress.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Sam Ramsamy, President of the African Swimming Federation, Mr. Husain Al Musallam. FINA 1st Vice President, and Mr. Jungseok Choi on behalf of SK Inc.
Asia Swimming Federation has for many years endeavored to put in place a strategic plan that would contribute to achieving our objectives and expectations of promoting and developing aquatic sports in Asia. With this goal remaining in mind throughout our activity, we have organized numerous international championships, events, and activities with the participation of thousands of athletes in Asia.
Convinced of the roles and duties that the Private Sector can undertake in the light of the present open-door economic policy for the benefit of our federation, we found it absolutely appropriate to create a qualitative partnership between AASF and the Private Sector establishments and companies, the aim is to further develop aquatic sports in all levels and promote our championships and events.
With this, Asia Swimming Federation is very proud to announce our partnership with “SK Inc”. which boasts globally competitive operating companies in diverse areas such as energy, chemicals, information and communications, materials, logistics, and service.
The sponsorship agreement comprises a four-year cooperation and is expected to be prolonged in the future.
This partnership with SK Inc. will certainly bring essential enhancement to AASF as an organization which will, in turn, create added value to our events and activities.
