On 7th November 2021, Asia Swimming Federation had its General Congress with the attendance of 43 Asian National Federation members. Four (4) NFs (Japan, Jordan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka) have participated virtually due to their inability to travel caused by the COVID-19 restrictions.
During which, the nomination of the candidates for the FINA Bureau Election on 5 June 2021 in Doha has been approved and ratified.
